Hi, I’m Alyssa. I offer independent home support in Nanaimo for seniors, adults, and children with disabilities. To me, caregiving is more than helping with daily needs. It’s about building real relationships, earning trust, and making each client feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for in their own home. I take the time to get to know each person, their routines, their personality, and what helps them feel most at ease. My goal is to support clients in a way that feels personal, kind, and genuine.
My caring approach
I was inspired to start Alyssa Care Co. because I care about helping seniors and adults feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes. I am an independent caregiver based in Nanaimo, BC, and I want to provide care that feels personal, respectful, and trustworthy. My approach is warm, patient, and client-centred. I focus on building real connections with clients while supporting their daily needs, independence, dignity, and comfort.
Who i help
I help families looking for extra support for a loved one, seniors who want to stay safe at home, adults with disabilities, children with disabilities, and middle-aged adults who need help with daily living. My care is kind, reliable, respectful, and personal.
What i offer
I offer non-medical home support including companionship, personal care, bathing and grooming assistance, dressing help, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, toileting care, mobility and transfer assistance, mechanical lift support when safely set up, medication reminders, respite care, and check-ins.
